Coinshooter 1.2 Available on the App Store!

Howdy coinshooters!

Version 1.2 is now ready on the App Store.  This update is relatively small, but it does one big thing…it let’s you view all of your Photos for all of your finds. Of course, you can still filter your finds and narrow down to a specific year or month or find name, so you can view all photos for your 2013 Barber Dimes, etc.

Unfortunately, I’m running low on places to put buttons on that screen, so the Photos button is a bit hidden.  Look for it by tapping the Actions button and selecting the View Images button there.  See below image below…

Cheers!

    Byron,

Love the app. I think it will be a valuable tool in my detecting. One question – How can I change the “Start Time” of a hunt after it has been created. I want to go back and put in some previous hunts of the year and I want the date to be correct. I am able to change the date and time on a “find’ but I can’t get the start time of a hunt to adjust. Any help would be appreciated.

I am also looking forward to more instructional videos.

    Thanks,
    Andy

      Hi Andy,

So glad you like the app! Your one of the first to give me some feedback on it after using it.

What you’re seeing with the date on the Hunts is a bug. Sorry about that. I will get the fix into the next release of Coinshooter. Unfortunately, that is a few weeks out, as I am currently converting the app to be a universal app for native iPad as well as iPhone. Because the current code is only half baked for iPad, I can’t easily put through a fix until I get the iPad code stable.

I will try to get some videos out soon.

      Thanks again for the feedback!

      Cheers and HH!

        Byron,

I love the ability of the app to show me the exact spot I found something important. And on on the fly with your iphone too! I did have a suggestion about classification of finds. It’s hard to be detailed in an email buit if you could find a minute to call me I would love to discuss it. Call me toll free at my shop 1-877-955-0055.

        Thanks,
        Andy

      Byron,

I test drove the app a little today. It’s gonna be a great asset for me to keep up with my finds.

I did find out that I was not able to edit the title of a hunt once it is created. I assume the problem goes along with the inability to adjust a hunt start time. I know you are in the process of solving that but I thought I would mention it since you were fixing things.

Thanks again for a cool app

      Thanks,
      Andy
